These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Skull and Bloom webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.


1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Skull and Bloom and to every agreement concluded between Skull and Bloom and the consumer.


2. Products

The products consist primarily of artwork and photographic images produced on demand. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final product.


3. Ordering and payment

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.


4. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by our production and fulfillment partner. Delivery times are typically 3-6 business days.


5. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, unless it concerns personalized products.


6. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via customer service. Skull and Bloom aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.


7. Liability

Skull and Bloom is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the order amount.


8. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to agreements.
