Complaints procedure

Carefulness is paramount


At Skull Bloom, we strive for a high-quality experience from first impression to home delivery.

However, it may happen that something doesn't go as planned. In that case, we'd like to hear about it so we can work together to find a suitable solution.

File a complaint

You can submit your complaint via our contact page .

After receiving your message:

  • You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 2 working days .
  • You will receive a substantive response within 14 days .
  • If we need more time for research or coordination, we will inform you in a timely manner.


We handle every report with attention and care.


Damage


We'll do our utmost to deliver your artwork to you. However, we don't always have control over the delivery process (courier). If a photo is damaged, please contact us within two days of delivery and take clear photos and a video of the damage.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit your dispute via the European Commission's ODR platform .

Prices include shipping costs within the Netherlands

Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium usually takes 14 working days

You will always receive a track & trace code.
